I have been going here for 14 years, and kristell is the best. I moved away and tried going somewhere else years ago, but I came back soon after. I make the 30 minute drive, because it's always worth it! Thank you for always taking good care of my hair!
First time customer, just needed a cut/trim, and met with Jessica. She was fantastic! Before cutting, she did a consultation with me to find out about my hair and style, wants and dislikes, how I normally style it. I have thick hair with cowlicks at my nape, so she decided to cut my hair dry, which was so needed, because if you have cowlicks, you know they curl up when wet. So get your hair consultation prior to a stylist taking you straight to a bowl to wet your hair! I am usually fearful of getting too much of my length cut, but she cut it a little at a time to ensure that did not happen. Thank you Jessica!!!
Carol has been my hair dresser for at least 8 years. She impressed me from the first appt because she listened to my concerns and was cautious in cutting my hair … gradually developing my new style. I have been quite satisfied after each appointment. She gives excellent perms which was the main real I chose her but she has exceeded all other expectations. She is also very quick in her work. Plus she is flexible with appointments if they need to be adjusted. I highly recommend this salon In general and Carol specifically.
I went in with long thick hair .To be honest I hadn't cut in about a year.I just called made to appointment there for a few reasons but I didn’t know anyone so I told her to just add me to someone who was good.. I got Erica..she did a great job.. I was really impressed how she took her time and wanted it to be perfect for me!! THANKS Erica !! KEEP up the great work .. Give her a try won't be disappointed she cares about what she does and it showed!! Everyone was friendly and nice!!
0/10 would never recommend! I am a local and first time client that visited the salon for a partial highlight and cut. I called in before my appointment to make sure someone at the salon specialized in what I wanted and was set up with hairstylist Tristin. When arriving, I was not greeted by anyone and instead had to wait at the front desk for the receptionist to look at me. During the process, Tristin told me a partial highlight does not go down to the ears. I have never heard this. (I was still charged for a partial) She was very rough with my head throughout the entire process that when I left my scalp actually hurt. During the cut, she referred to my face framing layers as bangs and eventually had to get another stylist to cut my hair. Regardless of these things, I paid around $170 PLUS a 20% tip. My total was $210. When I got home and examined my new hair I realized she had not even brought my highlight to the root. It looks like I have months of growth on freshly done hair. The highlights are chunky and look like stripes on top of my head. There were several long pieces of hair that were missed and I had to cut myself. I asked Tristin during the process if she does foils and coloring often and she stated she did. I believe she needs more schooling before touching a new client. I am so disappointed in this subpar experience and I do not wish this feeling upon anyone.
